How long does shipping and production take?
Standard production time is 7-10 business days once the design is approved. Shipping typically takes an additional 2-5 days depending on your location and the selected delivery method.
What file formats are required for custom designs?
For the best printing results, we require vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .PDF). We can also work with high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files if they are at least 300 DPI.
Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?
